NPTEL has been offering theory courses as part of SWAYAM for online certification, and this can be done by the learner from anywhere. However, learners have expressed a need for a lab component associated with these courses, which must be completed in person. Many colleges lack adequate lab facilities or modern equipment that learners can utilize. This in-person lab workshop will provide learners with valuable exposure and hands-on experience.
